While the Galaxy S25 and S25+ share a similar design and specifications, the S25+ will boast a larger display and battery capacity. Meanwhile, the Galaxy S25 Ultra is expected to feature an updated design with rounded edges, while retaining popular functionalities like the S Pen and high-end specifications.

In addition, sources indicate that the S25 Slim will come equipped with a 6.66" display and an impressive camera setup, including a 200 MP main sensor, a 50 MP ultrawide lens, and a 50 MP telephoto lens. It will run on a Snapdragon 8 Elite processor and is powered by a 5,000 mAh battery.

Despite its flagship status, the Slim model may forgo some premium features, such as wireless charging and a periscope lens for the telephoto camera, prioritizing a thinner and lighter design instead.
