Unpacking the Honor Magic7 Lite: A First Look

Source: Date:

Today, Honor has introduced the highly anticipated Magic7 Lite, marking a significant entry in the mid-range smartphone market. This device impresses with its sleek design and robust specifications.

The unboxing experience itself is quite minimalistic, as it includes just the phone, a SIM eject tool, and a USB-A to USB-C cable.

The Honor Magic7 Lite comes with a stylish and slim design, boasting a thickness of only 8mm and weighing in at just 189g. The phone features gracefully curved front and rear panels, alongside a slender frame. Remarkably, it houses a substantial 6,600mAh battery, belied by its lightweight form! Honor confidently claims the device can endure a drop from 2 meters onto concrete, although we recommend caution.

The phone's display is nothing short of stunning, featuring a vibrant 6.78-inch AMOLED panel with a refresh rate of 120Hz. Performance is smooth thanks to the Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 processor built on a 4nm architecture, paired with 8GB of RAM. The software experience is powered by Honor's MagicOS 8, layered on top of Android 14.

While this is all we have for now regarding the Honor Magic7 Lite, stay tuned for a comprehensive review in the near future!
