Source: Date:

The upcoming Realme 14 Pro+ is making waves, especially with its impressive camera technology.

A standout feature is its periscope lens, which employs Sony's advanced IMX882 sensor. This 1/2-inch, 50MP sensor boasts optical image stabilization (OIS) and enables 3x optical zoom, extending to an astonishing 120x hybrid zoom. Such a high-caliber sensor is uncommon in the midrange segment, indicating a promising trend for similar devices in the near future.

Complementing the periscope lens is a robust 50MP main camera, featuring a 24mm equivalent lens equipped with a 1/1.56-inch IMX896 sensor, f/1.8 aperture, and OIS. This primary shooter offers 2x in-sensor lossless zoom capabilities, yielding impressive results during preliminary testing.

Additionally, the phone includes an 8MP ultrawide camera with a 112° field of view and f/2.2 aperture. For selfies and video calls, a 32MP front-facing camera with f/2.0 aperture and eye-tracking autofocus rounds out the impressive camera setup.

Given its promising camera specifications, the Realme 14 Pro+ has certainly piqued our interest. We look forward to conducting comprehensive tests and will provide further insights in our full review.
