The anticipation for the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra continues to build as new leaks regarding its camera specifications emerge.
The files I've reviewed suggest that the camera setup for the S25 Ultra remains largely unchanged from its predecessor, the S24 Ultra. Here's a detailed look at the confirmed camera specifications.

While these findings should be regarded as rumors until officially confirmed, they indicate that the S25 Ultra will feature a camera configuration almost identical to the S24 Ultra. The setup includes a 200MP Samsung ISOCELL HP2 (1/1.3", 0.6µm-2.4µm), f/1.7, 23mm main camera, a 12MP Sony IMX754 (1/3.52", 1.12µm), f/2.4, 67mm 3x telephoto camera, a 50MP Sony IMX854 (1/2.52", 0.7-1.4µm), f/3.4, 111mm 5x telephoto camera, and a 12MP Samsung ISOCELL S5K3LU (1/3.2", 1.12µm), f/2.2, 26mm selfie camera.
The only notable change appears to be in the ultrawide camera, which is set to utilize the new Samsung ISOCELL S5KJN3 sensor, also known as the GN3. This sensor sports a resolution of 50MP, with an optical size of 1/1.57" and individual pixel size of 1.0 µm.
