Honor has officially launched the opulent Magic7 RSR Porsche Design, a premium smartphone that enhances the existing Magic7 Pro model with refined features and luxurious aesthetics. Designed for those who seek high performance blended with sophistication, this device retains much of the original hardware but introduces notable upgrades that elevate the user experience.
At the heart of the Magic7 RSR lies the robust Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, paired with a substantial battery capacity supporting rapid charging options. Users can expect a remarkable photographic experience from the impressive triple-camera system featuring a 50 MP primary lens, 200 MP telephoto, and 50 MP ultra-wide camera. Additional enhancements include a 1200-point LiDAR solution for improved stabilization, particularly beneficial for 60fps video recording, marking a continuation of features from the Magic6 RSR.
The device boasts a striking 6.8” LTPO OLED display that supports 1 billion colors, achieving a peak brightness of 5,000 nits, along with a durable protective glass that's ten times tougher against scratches and drops. An upgraded ultrasonic fingerprint scanner is now embedded beneath the display, enhancing security and convenience.
Running on the latest MagicOS 9.0, users will benefit from a host of AI-driven features, including a personal assistant, real-time translation capabilities, and advanced noise reduction during calls. The connectivity options see standard Bluetooth 5.4 and Wi-Fi support, in addition to a custom-built Honor C2 chip for seamless 5G band coverage and uninterrupted connectivity across networks.

Available in two elegant colorways—Provence Purple and Agate Ash—both of which draw style cues from Porsche's luxury line, the Magic7 RSR offers an exquisite blend of functionality and design. Pricing details reveal a starting point of CNY7,999 ($1,100/€1,050) for the 16 GB + 512 GB model, rising to CNY8,999 ($1,230/€1,185) for the expansive 24 GB + 1 TB variant. Currently, the device is up for purchase in China, with plans for international release yet to be confirmed.
