Vivo is gearing up to launch its flagship smartphone, the X200 Ultra, expected to hit the market in 2025. Recent leaks from China have provided exciting insights into the device's camera capabilities, which seem to push the limits of smartphone photography.
The X200 Ultra is set to feature a robust triple rear camera configuration, similar to its predecessor, equipped with a 50 MP main sensor, a 50 MP ultrawide lens, and a staggering 200 MP periscope telephoto camera. Notably, the main camera boasts a large aperture and Optical Image Stabilization (OIS), ensuring high-quality image capture even in low-light conditions.

When it comes to video capabilities, the X200 Ultra will support 4K recording at 120 frames per second across all its cameras, thanks to a new generation of vivo's in-house imaging chip. Additionally, the functionality to switch between cameras while recording has been significantly optimized, making it easier for users to capture varied shots seamlessly. The rear camera design has also been refined, promising a more aesthetically pleasing look compared to the X100 Ultra.
Since the X100 Ultra was officially unveiled in May, there might still be a wait before the release of its successor. It's worth noting that, while the X200 and X200 Pro are now available in Western markets, the X200 Ultra is rumored to be exclusive to China.
