Upon launching the app, users will encounter a variety of onboarding tasks, such as downloading different apps and playing new games for a brief period—rewarding them with an initial bonus right off the bat.

After completing the onboarding, users will be encouraged to regularly access the app to learn about additional ways to earn credits. Notably, there's no cap on the amount of credit that can be earned, presenting the possibility of reducing monthly bills to zero. However, it may take substantial time to accumulate enough points for significant savings, as a bonus of 25,000 points translates to a mere $5 credit per line on an account.If the experience mirrors that of the Ad It Up app for AT&T's Cricket Wireless, users can expect straightforward and enjoyable tasks. Reports suggest some Cricket customers have not had to pay for their services for over a year using a similar app.The Ad It Up app comes preinstalled on select devices, including the Samsung Galaxy A35 and Motorola Edge 2024, but it's not yet available for download elsewhere. Metro by T-Mobile appears to plan wider access in the future.As for Metro by T-Mobile, this initiative likely involves monetizing through ads within the app. And for those concerned about storage, the app can be easily deleted, should users wish to remove it at any time.
