LG Introduces Radio+: A New Audio Streaming Service for Smart TVs

LG has launched Radio+, an innovative ad-supported audio streaming service designed for its smart TVs. This platform offers a diverse selection of podcasts and traditional radio programs, thanks to a collaboration with Radioline, a leading radio and audio provider. In the U.S., Radio+ boasts over 14,500 channels and features more than 440 channels in Korea.

Listeners can enjoy popular podcasts from notable sources such as NPR, CNN Radio, Fox Radio, and The Joe Rogan Experience in the U.S., along with local radio stations and podcasts available in Korea. Additionally, the app includes a Featured section where users can explore trending music charts.

To access the Radio+ app, users need an LG smart TV running webOS 6.0 or later, available for download from the LG Content Store. The service is expected to expand to the LG ThinQ app by 2025.
