Following the release of the Galaxy S24 in January, which offered a modest 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage in its base configuration, Samsung is reportedly ready to elevate its flagship offering with the launch of the Galaxy S25. The new model is rumored to come with a more competitive 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage as standard, addressing concerns raised by tech enthusiasts.

Benchmark tests have suggested that the increase in RAM is likely to be confirmed, and there are also anticipations that the premium Galaxy S25 Ultra may offer an impressive 16GB of RAM, marking a notable enhancement in performance.
