Recently, a leaked image showcased the design and color options of the upcoming Realme 14x, and now the company has officially confirmed that the smartphone will be available for purchase in India starting December 18. This exciting launch will mark the Realme 14x as the first-ever IP69-rated smartphone in India priced under ₹15,000 (approximately $175/€165).
Taking design cues from the "tough beauty of diamonds," the Realme 14x features a back panel that reportedly reflects the brilliance of crystals and gems when illuminated by sunlight. The device will be available in three distinct colors: Crystal Black, Golden Glow, and Jewel Red.
While specific technical details were not disclosed, speculation suggests that the Realme 14x will feature a 6.67" HD+ LCD screen and a robust 6,000 mAh battery. The smartphone might be offered in three memory configurations: 6GB/128GB, 8GB/128GB, and 8GB/256GB. It is expected that the base model will retail for under ₹15,000, with higher configurations likely priced above that threshold.
Additional features are anticipated to be unveiled by Realme before the official launch on December 18.
