Honor has officially unveiled its latest smartphone, the Honor GT, designed specifically for gaming enthusiasts. This cutting-edge device is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, ensuring top-tier performance, and is equipped with a large VC heatsink for efficient cooling. The smartphone houses a 5,300mAh silicon-carbon battery that supports lightning-fast 100W wired charging.
The Honor GT boasts a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with Full HD+ resolution and a smooth 120Hz refresh rate. It offers an impressive peak brightness of up to 4,000 nits and features an in-display fingerprint sensor along with a 16MP front-facing camera.
With up to 16GB of RAM and a massive 1TB of internal storage, the Honor GT is built for gaming and heavy multitasking. It also integrates Honor's advanced 3D cooling technology, which uses a large VC heatsink coupled with thermal conductive gel to maintain optimal performance during intensive gaming sessions.
On the rear, the smartphone features a capable 50MP main camera (IMX906) alongside a 12MP ultrawide lens, all powered by the MagicOS 9.0 built on Android 15. The Honor GT is available in three stunning color options: Ice White, Phantom Black, and Aurora Green.
The starting price for the base model with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage is set at CNY 2,199 ($302), while the high-end variant featuring 16GB of RAM and 1TB of storage costs CNY 3,299 ($453). The device has already gone on sale in China via Honor's official website, with shipping expected to commence on December 18.
