iPhone 17 Pro Set to Reintroduce Triangular Camera Design

Source: Date:

Recent leaks from the supply chain have offered a first glimpse of the chassis for the anticipated iPhone 17 Pro, initially featuring a Pixel-like camera visor. However, a new report from Chinese leakster InstantDigital suggests that this design is not final. Instead, it appears that Apple will revert to the iconic triangular camera layout seen in previous models. This rumored update indicates that while the iPhone 17 Pro and Pro Max will sport a new rear design, it will not include a camera island.

As with many industry rumors, the current information is speculative, making it difficult to ascertain accuracy. The reliability of the source behind this new rumor is mixed, having previously made notable predictions like the introduction of the yellow color for the iPhone 14 and the frosted back glass for the iPhone 15 series, along with various leaks concerning the Apple Watch Series 9 and M4 iPad Pros.
