vivo is set to unveil the Y29 series in India shortly, and details regarding the price of the 5G model have surfaced. The smartphone is expected to be available in four configurations: 4GB RAM with 128GB storage priced at INR 13,999, 6GB RAM with 128GB storage at INR 15,499, 8GB RAM with 128GB storage for INR 16,999, and the 8GB RAM with 256GB storage variant at INR 18,999.
While these are the suggested retail prices, vivo plans to provide cashback offers of INR 1,000 on the 4GB variant and INR 1,500 on the 8GB models for purchases made via EMI. For full swipe transactions, buyers can avail cashback up to INR 750. Additionally, customers will have the option to purchase the phone with no-cost EMI for a duration of up to six months.
In terms of specifications, the Y29 5G is rumored to sport a 6.68-inch display, powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 SoC, coupled with a robust 5,500 mAh battery that supports 44W fast charging.
The smartphone is anticipated to launch in three attractive colors: Glacier Blue, Titanium Gold, and Diamond Black. Photography features include a 50 MP primary camera complemented by a 0.08 MP decorative camera and an 8 MP selfie camera. The device will also boast an IP64 rating for dust and splash resistance, measuring 8.1mm in thickness and weighing 198g.
