OnePlus Teases Ace 7 Series With Dual-Airflow Cooling Fan Design

OnePlus is getting ready to launch the Ace 7 series in China later this month, and the company is already putting attention on the lineup’s cooling technology. A new teaser and executive post have outlined a dual-airflow system designed to manage heat more effectively during demanding use.

The exact release date has not been revealed, but OnePlus shared a short Weibo video to confirm the arrival of the Ace 7 models. The next devices are expected to offer clear upgrades over the Ace 6 family in both performance and overall build quality.

OnePlus China President Li Jie also published a sketch of the phones’ rear design, highlighting the new dual-airflow cooling layout.

The company says the Ace 7 series will use a built-in active cooling fan with two separate air paths. One path is meant to cool the chipset and push hot air out through the side of the device.

The other path directs cooler air toward the rear panel. OnePlus says this should help keep the back of the phone more comfortable and reduce sweaty hands during long gaming sessions.

The Ace 7 lineup is rumored to include a standard Ace 7 and an Ace 7 Pro. Reports suggest the phones may feature a 200MP main rear camera, a 9,000mAh battery, and the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset.
