Oppo’s rumored wide-screen smartphone is drawing fresh attention after a new leak suggested it could pack an unusually large battery. The device, believed to possibly be called the Oppo Reno X, is shaping up as a distinctive handset with a wide flat display, flagship-level cameras, and a chipset aimed at high performance.

Details about the phone have been surfacing over the past few weeks, with earlier leaks pointing to a triple rear camera system featuring two 200MP sensors. Now, prominent tipster Digital Chat Station claims the handset will include a battery capacity of up to 8,000mAh, a major increase from a previous report that placed it at 7,000mAh.

According to the latest information, the wide-screen Oppo device will be powered by the Dimensity 9600M chipset. The camera hardware is said to include Samsung’s ISOCELL HPE and HP5 200MP sensors, suggesting a strong focus on high-resolution photography.

The rumored Reno X is also expected to feature a 6.35-inch flat display with a 120Hz refresh rate. Its unusual screen is said to use either a 16:9 or 16:10 aspect ratio, giving it a more cinematic look compared with typical smartphones.
