Source: Date:

The anticipation for Honor's upcoming Win2 series has reached a crescendo as benchmark results have surfaced, confirming the powerful hardware that will power this new device. Set to be officially unveiled on October 21, the Honor Win2 series has had its performance previewed through Geekbench listings that showcase impressive capabilities.

According to recent leaks from a reliable tipster on X, the Win2, identified by the model number BRM-AN00, will be equipped with the newly-released Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Gen 6 chip. The tested prototype also features a generous 16GB of RAM. Right from its launch, users can expect the Win2 to run on Android 17, layered with Honor's custom MagicOS 11.

In the latest Geekbench 6.7.1 test, the Honor Win2 achieved a significant single-core score of 4,141 and a remarkable multi-core score of 11,514. Additionally, a separate GPU performance test using Geekbench 6 revealed an impressive score of 34,695, indicating strong graphical capabilities.

The original Honor Win launched with the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 SoC, so the evolution to the Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Gen 6 in its successor is a logical step forward. As for the Win2 RT variant, it is still uncertain whether it will feature the new Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 or remain with last year's Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5. More details are expected to emerge as the launch date approaches.
