Poco has officially announced the highly anticipated F9 Pro and F9 Ultra smartphones, bringing powerful specifications and innovative features to the market. Both models maintain sleek designs that will appeal to a wide audience, while the Ultra variant introduces several premium upgrades that enhance its performance and capabilities.
The F9 Ultra is powered by the cutting-edge Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chip, a favorite among Android flagship devices over the past year. In contrast, the F9 Pro is equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 V Series (SM8850-1-AB), which offers slightly toned-down GPU performance. Both models feature the Adreno 840 GPU, but the V Series version has one less GPU slice compared to its flagship counterpart.
For memory and storage, the F9 Ultra boasts configurations of up to 16GB of RAM and 1TB of storage, while the F9 Pro can be configured with a maximum of 12GB of RAM and 512GB of storage.
Screen-wise, both smartphones come with vibrant AMOLED displays featuring rapid 185Hz refresh rates and an impressive peak brightness of 4,500 nits. The F9 Pro sports a 6.6-inch display, while the F9 Ultra features a larger 6.9-inch panel.
