Honor is gearing up to unveil its highly anticipated Magic9 series in September. Recent leaks from Digital Chat Station on Weibo provide exciting insight into what we can expect from these upcoming devices, including specifications and features that enthusiasts and tech-savvy consumers are sure to appreciate.

The first device in the lineup is the standard Magic9, which will be equipped with the powerful Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 SoC. This phone boasts a 6.36-inch display featuring a "1.5K" resolution and will come with a "large battery," though further details on the battery capacity remain unconfirmed.

Honor Magic8 Pro

In addition to the Magic9, there is also a second device expected, which could be dubbed either the Magic9 Pro or Magic9 Pro Max, as speculation remains divided. This iteration features a larger 6.8-inch screen, also with a "1.5K" resolution, and is set to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 Pro SoC.

Previous rumors suggest that the Pro variant may come equipped with a remarkable dual 200MP camera setup, consisting of a main lens with a 1/1.28" type sensor and a periscope telephoto lens with a 1/1.4" type sensor. Additional features are likely to include an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanner, 3D face unlock technology, rapid wireless charging capability, and heightened water resistance. Reports indicate that the battery capacity of this model could be substantial, ranging between 8,000 and 8,999 mAh.
