Today, iQOO has officially launched its latest smartphones, the Neo11 Ultra and Z11S, in China. These devices are packed with powerful MediaTek Dimensity chipsets and impressive battery capacities, catering to users looking for high-performance handsets with advanced features and durability, including an IP68/IP69 rating for water and dust resistance.
iQOO Neo11 Ultra
The iQOO Neo11 Ultra is powered by the Dimensity 9500 Monster chipset, along with iQOO’s Q2 gaming chip, offering configurations of up to 16GB of LPDDR5X Ultra RAM paired with 512GB UFS 4.1 storage. On the other hand, the Z11S is equipped with the Dimensity 7500 processor, featuring LPDDR4X RAM and UFS 3.1 storage.
In terms of battery life, the Neo11 Ultra hosts a robust 9,100mAh battery, while the Z11S boasts an even larger 10,000mAh battery. The Neo11 Ultra supports faster 100W wired charging, whereas the Z11S is limited to 44W charging speeds.
iQOO Z11S
Both models feature 6.83-inch AMOLED displays with a fast 144Hz refresh rate; however, the Neo11 Ultra offers a more impressive resolution of 3,200×1,440 pixels compared to the Z11S’s 2,800×1,260 pixels. They further come equipped with optical in-display fingerprint scanners.
Camera specifications highlight a notable difference between the two models. The Neo11 Ultra is outfitted with a superior camera setup consisting of a 50MP main sensor (LYT700V) and an 8MP ultra-wide lens, while the Z11S offers a single 50MP camera with a smaller sensor. The front cameras also differ, with the Ultra housing a 16MP shooter and the Z11S featuring an 8MP selfie camera. Both devices run on OriginOS 6, which is based on Android 16.
