Recent updates from credible sources indicate that Apple remains committed to releasing this innovative design next year, keeping fans on the edge of their seats.

Details about the upcoming iPhones, expected in 2027, suggest that the Pro variants will be branded the iPhone 20 Pro and iPhone 20 Pro Max. Both models are said to feature an elegant design with curved glass surfaces on both the front and rear, encased in a slim metal frame.

Internally, these devices are reportedly codenamed V73 and V74. Although Apple considered a more radical glass design initially, the company reportedly decided to prioritize practicality and manufacturability, leading to the current design direction.

In addition to the striking aesthetic changes, the iPhone 20 Pro and iPhone 20 Pro Max are rumored to showcase slightly larger displays, advanced cooling technologies, and a form factor as sleek as the iPhone Air.
