The Google Pixel Watch 5 is set to be officially announced on August 12, alongside the Pixel 11 series smartphones. Recently leaked images indicate that the design of the Pixel Watch 5 will closely resemble that of the Pixel Watch 4. A listing on the Google Play Console has now revealed that the CPU and GPU of the Pixel Watch 5 will be identical to its predecessor.
Codenamed 'godric,' the Google Pixel Watch 5 is featured on the Google Play Console with Qualcomm's SW5100 SoC, which is the same basic chip used in the Pixel Watch 2, 3, and 4. It also includes four Cortex-A53 cores clocked at 1.7GHz and an Adreno 702 GPU, mirroring the specifications of last year's Pixel Watch 4.
