We recently attended the launch event for the Huawei Pura 90s Pro Max in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Now, we are ready to share our comprehensive review of the device from our headquarters.
The package includes a USB cable, a clear hard case, and a 100W charger. Depending on the market, there may be variations; for example, European customers will receive a 5,500mAh battery, while customers in other regions will get a larger 6,000mAh battery.
Unboxing the Pura 90s Pro Max
In our hands-on coverage, we highlighted the phone's distinctive features, including its unique camera island, reflective surfaces, and premium build quality.
The front design is less distinctive, as expected, but the display quality is exceptional.

Huawei has retained the variable aperture main camera lens for another year but has made significant improvements. The lens now has an f/1.4 aperture (previously f/1.6), allowing for approximately 30% more light. A major enhancement is the introduction of a new 200MP 1/1.28-inch zoom camera with an 89mm f/2.6 lens, which proves to be an impressive optical upgrade. You can explore camera samples from this new lens here.
