Following the announcement of the Galaxy Unpacked event on July 22, Samsung has opened reservations for the highly anticipated Galaxy Z Fold8 and Z Flip8 series. Customers can register now and decide whether to proceed with the purchase when the devices officially launch.
This year, Samsung's pre-sale incentives are more modest compared to last year. The current reservation offer provides a $30 credit for use on accessories or other products at Samsung's official store. This credit will only be applicable at checkout upon purchasing the upcoming foldable devices. For context, last year’s offer featured a $50 credit.
In addition, Samsung is promoting potential savings of up to $1,230, although this amount includes eligible trade-ins and additional promotions, which can greatly vary based on the device being purchased and the one being traded in.
Last year's lottery allowed one fortunate customer to win a $5,000 Samsung.com gift card; however, this year, Samsung has opted for a different approach. Ten winners will each receive $500 gift cards.
As mentioned, reservations are currently open and will remain available until pre-orders officially begin on July 22.
