
Motorola has introduced the Edge 70 Max in India, expanding its Edge 70 lineup. This new smartphone boasts a spacious 6.8-inch display, a robust 7,100mAh battery, and is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset.
The 6.8-inch AMOLED display provides a Quad HD+ resolution, a refresh rate of 144Hz, a peak brightness of 7,000 nits, and supports HDR10+. Additionally, it features an in-display fingerprint scanner for enhanced security.

The device is available with options of up to 12GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 256GB of UFS 4.1 storage. It comes pre-installed with Android 16, and Motorola has committed to providing three OS upgrades along with five years of security updates.
For photography enthusiasts, the Edge 70 Max features a 50MP Sony LYTIA 710 primary camera, an 8MP ultra-wide sensor, and a 2-in-1 light sensor. The front camera includes a 32MP sensor positioned within a centered hole-punch cutout.

The smartphone is powered by a 7,100mAh battery, supporting 90W wired charging and 25W magnetic wireless charging, ensuring long-lasting performance.
The Edge 70 Max is rated IP69 for dust and water resistance and meets MIL-STD-810H certification standards. It features an aluminum frame and Gorilla Glass 7i protection on both the front and back.

Additional features include stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos support, Bluetooth 6.0, NFC, Wi-Fi 7, GPS, dual-SIM 5G connectivity, and a USB Type-C port.
The Motorola Edge 70 Max will be available in Pantone Dark Shadow, Pantone Ice Melt, and Pantone Aqua Gray color options, starting July 20.
Pricing begins at INR 54,999 (approximately $570) for the 8GB/256GB variant, while the 12GB/256GB model is priced at INR 59,999 (about $625).
