The filings indicate two available drivetrain options: rear-wheel drive (RWD) with a single motor or all-wheel drive (AWD) with dual motors. The RWD version delivers 308 horsepower, while the AWD variant adds a front motor with 188 horsepower, resulting in a combined output of 496 horsepower.

CATL is responsible for supplying the lithium iron phosphate (LFP) batteries used in the ID.Unyx 09, though specific details regarding battery capacity and charging capabilities have not been disclosed. However, given its significant curb weight of 2,307 kg, it likely possesses a large battery pack.

The vehicle dimensions are impressive, measuring 5,081 mm in length, 1,980 mm in width, and either 1,509 mm or 1,526 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 3,030 mm.

A standout feature of the ID.Unyx 09 is its advanced matrix LED headlights, which are capable of projecting adaptive lane markers onto the road along with indicators signifying the vehicle's width.

The ID.Unyx 09 is anticipated to launch in the second half of 2026, following the introduction of the ID.Unyx 08 SUV earlier this March.
