The Cadillac Lyriq was first introduced approximately four years ago and is now undergoing another update. General Motors is maintaining a straightforward approach, avoiding significant alterations. As a result, the new Cadillac will see a modest price increase, starting at $61,695—just $200 more than its predecessor.

More notably, GM has replaced the CCS connector with a NACS port, allowing the 2027 Lyriq access to 25,000 Tesla Superchargers. This network represents approximately 75% of all fast chargers in North America.
According to GMAuthority, the 2027 Lyriq will be the last model from GM to support both wireless and wired Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. The company is transitioning away from these phone mirroring systems in favor of its own integrated infotainment features.

GM aims to provide a more seamless user experience with better integration of the vehicle's features and apps, eliminating the need for a smartphone altogether.
The upcoming Lyriq also features updated EPA ratings. The rear-wheel drive (RWD) version, equipped with the same 102 kWh battery, can now travel up to 325 miles on a single charge. The all-wheel drive (AWD) variant is rated for 319 miles, while the high-performance Lyriq-V variant can reach 285 miles.
