The Norwegian Automobile Federation (NAF) conducts biannual real-world range tests—one in summer and another in winter. The results from this year's summer test are particularly intriguing.

The standout performer was the BMW iX3, achieving a remarkable real-world range of 485 miles, which exceeds its WLTP-rated range by 7 miles. Generally, the WLTP range tends to be more optimistic than the EPA standards used in the US, but the iX3 surpassed expectations by 1.5% compared to the WLTP figure.
In second place was the Lucid Gravity, with a real-world range of 447 miles, falling short by 3.7% of its WLTP rating of 465 miles. The top five was rounded out by the Mercedes CLA, GLC 400, and the Xpeng X9.
