The new Motorola Edge 70 Pro+ has officially launched in India, showcasing a familiar set of specifications and design. This model is essentially a rebranded version of the global Edge 70 Pro and boasts an impressive 50MP telephoto camera with 3.5x optical zoom.

It is available in three color options: Pantone Chicory Coffee (brown), Pantone Zinfandel (red), and Pantone Stormy Sea (blue).
The Edge 70 Pro+ sports a 6.8-inch AMOLED display with FHD+ resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate. The screen is protected by Gorilla Glass 7i and offers a peak local brightness of up to 5,200 nits.

At its core, the Edge 70 Pro+ is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 8500 Extreme processor, accompanied by 12GB LPDDR5X RAM and 256GB of UFS 4.1 storage.

On the rear, the device includes a 50MP main camera featuring a Sony LYTIA-710 sensor, an f/1.8 aperture, and Optical Image Stabilization (OIS). The device packs a robust 6,500mAh silicon-carbon battery, supporting 90W wired and 15W wireless charging. Operating on Motorola’s Hello UI based on Android 16, the phone includes the Moto AI 2.0 suite. Motorola promises three major Android updates and five years of security updates. Additionally, the phone is rated IP68 and IP69 for water and dust resistance.
The Edge 70 Pro+ is priced at INR 47,999 (approximately $501/€432) for the single 12/256GB variant. It is available for purchase from the official Motorola online store and through partner retailers, with open sales in India starting on June 11.
