The iQOO 15T has just been introduced as the first T-series device from the brand. Unlike the standard iQOO 15 and Ultra models, it features MediaTek’s Dimensity 9500 “Monster Edition” SoC, replacing the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chip.

This custom version of the standard 9500 boasts enhanced frame-rate stability, thanks to iQOO’s proprietary Q3 gaming chip. The device can be configured with up to 16GB LPDDR5X RAM and 1TB UFS 4.1 storage.
The front of the device features a 6.82-inch 8T LTPO AMOLED display with 2K resolution (3,168 × 1,440 pixels) and an impressive 144Hz refresh rate. The display reaches a peak brightness of 4,500 nits and houses an integrated 16MP front-facing camera and an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner.
While the 15T focuses heavily on gaming performance, it also stands out as the brand's first phone to feature a 200MP main camera, utilizing a 1/1.56-inch sensor with an f/1.88 aperture and optical image stabilization (OIS). Additionally, there is a 50MP ultrawide lens on the rear.
Another remarkable feature is the 8,000mAh Si-C battery, which supports rapid 100W wired charging. Although wireless charging is not available, the 15T offers IP68 and IP69 ingress protection for durability. The software runs on OriginOS 6 based on Android 16.

The iQOO 15T comes in black, white, and gradient colors. The base model with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage starts at CNY 3,799 (approximately $558/€480). The top-tier model, featuring 16GB RAM and 1TB storage, is priced at CNY 5,699 (around $836/€721).
