The iQOO 15T marks the debut of the brand's T-series lineup. It distinguishes itself from the standard iQOO 15 and Ultra models by replacing the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 with MediaTek's Dimensity 9500 "Monster Edition" SoC.
Powerful Performance with MediaTek's Dimensity 9500 Monster Edition
This customized version of the standard 9500 enhances frame-rate stability, thanks to iQOO's proprietary Q3 gaming chip. Users can opt for configurations with up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 1TB of UFS 4.1 storage.

The device features an impressive 6.82-inch 8T LTPO AMOLED display, boasting a 2K resolution (3,168 × 1,440px) and a rapid 144Hz refresh rate. The display achieves a peak brightness of 4,500 nits and houses a 16MP front-facing camera along with an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner.

Although primarily focused on gaming, the 15T also introduces the brand's first 200MP main camera. This camera features a 1/1.56” sensor with an f/1.88 aperture and optical image stabilization (OIS). Additionally, it includes a 50MP ultrawide lens on the rear.

Another significant highlight is the massive 8,000mAh Si-C battery, compatible with ultra-fast 100W wired charging. While wireless charging is absent, the 15T boasts IP68 and IP69 ingress protection ratings. The device runs on OriginOS 6, built on Android 16.
