As promised, vivo has officially launched the T5 Pro, the latest addition to its T-Series of smartphones. Designed for users who value power, endurance, and seamless performance, this device is set to impress.
The standout feature of the vivo T5 Pro is its massive 9,020 mAh battery, housed in a sleek 8.25mm thick casing weighing 213 grams. This battery supports 90W wired charging and can reach 50% charge in just 37 minutes with the included power adapter. Additionally, it offers reverse wired charging and bypass charging capabilities.
Powering the vivo T5 Pro is a Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 SoC with 12GB RAM support.
Under the hood, the vivo T5 Pro features the Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 system-on-chip (SoC), paired with up to 12GB of RAM. The smartphone comes with up to 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage and runs Android 16-based OriginOS 6. Customers are assured of three generations of OS upgrades and five years of security updates.
The T5 Pro is equipped with a 7000 mm2 vapor chamber cooling system, enabling up to 120 FPS gameplay support. Other gaming-centric features include an independent gaming antenna, Ultra Game Mode, and 4D Game Vibration.
On the front, the smartphone boasts a 6.83-inch 144Hz AMOLED display, offering a resolution of 2,800x1,260 pixels, 5,000 nits local peak brightness, and HDR10+ support. The display integrates an optical fingerprint scanner for biometric security and features a centered punch-hole for a 32MP selfie camera.
The rear camera setup includes a dual-camera system featuring a 50MP primary sensor (Sony IMX882, with OIS) and a 2MP bokeh lens. Notably, both the primary and selfie cameras are capable of recording 4K videos.
Additional notable features include dual stereo speakers, IP68 and IP69 ratings, touch support for wet and greasy hands, and a convenient one-tap water and dust ejection system.
The vivo T5 Pro will be available in Glacier Blue and Cosmic Black, with three memory options: 8GB/128GB, 8GB/256GB, and 12GB/256GB. Pricing is set at INR29,999 ($320/€270), INR33,999 ($365/€310), and INR39,999 ($430/€365) respectively. The models will be available for purchase in India starting April 21 through vivo's official website, Flipkart, and partner retail stores.
