The Infinix Note Edge 5G, which was unveiled in global markets early last month, has now made its debut in India. It is said to be the first smartphone in the country powered by the Dimensity 7100 chipset.
With an AnTuTu score exceeding 750,000, the device can be configured with up to 8GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 256GB of UFS 2.2 storage. The phone features a 6.78-inch curved LTPS AMOLED display that offers a 1.5K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate.
This display is capable of delivering a peak brightness of up to 4,500 nits and is protected by Gorilla Glass 7i. It also includes an in-display fingerprint scanner and 1.87mm slim bezels, alongside a 13MP front camera with an 82-degree field of view.
On the rear, the Note Edge features a 50MP primary camera with an f/1.8 aperture and an LED flash, supporting up to 2K video recording at 30fps.
The phone is equipped with a robust 6,500mAh silicon-carbon battery, which supports 45W wired and 10W reverse wired charging.
Other notable specifications include stereo speakers featuring Sound by JBL, an IR sensor, an IP65 rating for dust and water resistance, dual SIM support, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.4, GPS/GLONASS, NFC, and 5G connectivity.
The Infinix Note Edge runs on Android 16-based XOS 16, offering several AI features. Measuring 7.2mm in thickness and weighing approximately 190g, depending on the color option, this device promises both performance and usability.
Starting on February 25, it will be available for purchase through Flipkart and the official Infinix India online store. The phone will be offered in Lunar Titanium, Stellar Blue, and Silk Green colors.
The Note Edge 5G is priced at INR 21,999 ($245) for the 6GB/128GB variant, INR 23,999 ($265) for the 8GB/128GB option, and INR 25,999 ($285) for the 8GB/256GB variant.
