The vivo X300 FE was certified for sale in Europe back in October and has recently received approval in India from BIS. Additionally, it has now been certified by IMDA in Singapore and TÜV in Germany, carrying the model number V2537.

The TÜV certification indicates that the phone supports 90W wired charging. Furthermore, the X300 FE has appeared on Geekbench, confirming that it is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 SoC, paired with 12GB of RAM in the prototype that underwent testing. It's worth noting that vivo may offer other RAM configurations as well.

Out of the box, the device will operate on Android 16 with OriginOS 6 layered on top. If past trends continue, we can expect the X300 FE to be either a rebranded version of the S50 Pro mini or a closely related model. The anticipated specifications include a 6.31-inch 1216x2640 AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, storage options of 256GB or 512GB, a 50MP main camera equipped with OIS, a 50MP periscope telephoto camera featuring 3x optical zoom and OIS, an 8MP ultrawide camera, a 50MP selfie camera, and a robust 6,500 mAh battery supporting 90W wired and 40W wireless charging.
