The remarkable success of DJI's Osmo Pocket 3 vlogging camera has inspired several companies to develop their own offerings in this competitive market. Recently, vivo confirmed that it is working on its own vlogging camera, and now Insta360 has teased the Luna, set to compete in the same space.
The Insta360 Luna features two cameras, similar to the upcoming DJI Osmo Pocket 4 Pro. Notably, one of its cameras is a telephoto lens. If it launches ahead of DJI's next-generation Osmo Pocket, the Luna will be the first vlogging camera equipped with telephoto capabilities.
Regarding its launch timeline, Insta360 has confirmed that the Luna will be available before the end of June. At an event in China, Insta360 founder JK Liu stated that the Luna "won't just be another Pocket," emphasizing that it will introduce many unique innovations to the market.
