Samsung has officially announced the launch date for its highly anticipated Galaxy S26 series, which will include the Galaxy S26, Galaxy S26+, and Galaxy S26 Ultra. Pre-reservations for the new devices are now available.
As previously rumored, the next Galaxy Unpacked event is set for February 25 in San Francisco. The event will be livestreamed on Samsung’s official website and YouTube channel.

Additionally, Samsung has opened pre-reservations for customers in India, allowing them to pay a nominal fee to secure early access to the Galaxy S26 phones. Elsewhere, registering for the event will provide participants with a $30/€30 voucher, a trade-in incentive, and a chance to win other prizes.

Galaxy S26 Ultra leaked renderThe Galaxy S26 and S26+ models will be powered by the Exynos 2600 SoC in most markets, maintaining similar screen sizes as their predecessors. These devices will feature 12GB of RAM, with the Galaxy S26 equipped with a 4,300mAh battery, while the S26+ will retain the 4,900mAh battery of the current S25+. Rear camera configurations for both models are expected to remain the same.
On the other hand, the Galaxy S26 Ultra will utilize a custom Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 for Galaxy. It is expected to come with a 5,000mAh battery and support for up to 60W fast wired charging and 25W wireless charging. Although the camera resolutions may not change, the lenses are rumored to feature larger apertures.
