After numerous teasers, the Redmi Turbo 5 Max has officially launched in China. This innovative smartphone features an impressive 9,000mAh battery and is the first device globally to incorporate the newly released MediaTek Dimensity 9500s chipset.
The Dimensity 9500s SoC is paired with up to 16GB of LPDDR5X Ultra RAM and 512GB of UFS 4.1 storage. To maintain optimal performance under heavy usage, the phone includes a large surface vapor chamber.

A key feature of the Turbo 5 Max is its substantial 9,000mAh battery, which supports 100W wired charging. Additionally, the device offers 27W wired reverse charging and integrates Xiaomi P3 fast charging along with the G1 battery management chipsets.

The front of the phone boasts a 6.83-inch AMOLED display using M10 luminescent material, producing an impressive peak brightness of up to 3,500 nits. The screen also supports a refresh rate of 120Hz, HDR10+, Dolby Vision, and a 480Hz touch sampling rate.

The phone includes a 3D ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanner, complemented by a 20MP selfie camera.
On the rear, it is equipped with a dual-camera setup featuring a primary 50MP Light Fusion 600 sensor with optical image stabilization (OIS), alongside an 8MP ultra-wide lens.

The Redmi Turbo 5 Max operates on Android 16-based HyperOS 3 and provides stereo speakers. It also includes an infrared sensor, dual-SIM capability, an IP69K rating, Bluetooth 5.4, Wi-Fi 6, and NFC.
The device is currently available for purchase in China via the official Xiaomi online store, offered in colors such as Auspicious Cloud White, Ocean Blue, Sunshine Orange, and Shadow Black.
Pricing starts at CNY 2,499 ($360) for the 12GB/256GB variant, with the 12GB/512GB model priced at CNY 2,799 ($400). The 16GB/256GB and 16GB/512GB versions are available for CNY 2,799 ($400) and CNY 3,099 ($445), respectively.
